From first call to debt-free, step by step
Four stages, each one in writing, and you can stop at any of them. Here is exactly what happens and roughly how long each part takes.
The journey
Four steps, no surprises
Free, no-pressure consultation
A single conversation of around forty minutes. We look at every balance, your income and what is really left at the end of each month. Nothing is enrolled and nothing is charged, and if you do not need us, we will tell you.
Your options, compared in writing
Every realistic route laid out side by side: settlement, consolidation, a management plan, refinancing, or simply changing nothing. Each shows its cost, duration, credit impact and risk, including the routes we earn nothing from.
You choose, we build the plan
Once you pick a direction, the plan is built around your actual budget. You see the monthly figure, the projected end date and every fee in writing before anything starts.
We carry it out and keep you informed
Negotiations, filings and payments are handled for you, and every offer comes back for your written approval. You always know where each account stands, and a real person answers when you get in touch.

Questions
About the process
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The consultation, the budget review and the written comparison of your options are free and carry no obligation. Talking to us does not enrol you in anything.
How quickly will things improve?
It depends on the route. A consolidation loan can be completed within a week, a management plan usually takes 30 to 60 days to be accepted, and settlement typically resolves its first account between months four and ten. You get a projected timeline before you commit.
Are there upfront fees?
No. You pay nothing to be assessed or to receive your written comparison, and settlement fees are only charged after a settlement is reached and paid toward.
